Delivery Time
• JPG/PDF E-cards will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
• Video/GIF, Caricature E-cards/Video e-Invites will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
• In the case of seasonal rushes, delivery times may be affected.
• Urgent Video/Caricature Invite orders will have an additional cost of ₹1000.
• Our prices are fixed because we are already selling up to 50% discount rates; there is no
place for bargaining over our prices.
Terms and Conditions
• Payment of 50% in advance is required to initiate the process, with the remaining 50% due upon finalization of the draft. Please note that no refunds will be provided since the design you approve is what you will receive.
• Only text and images can be changed in the provided samples, and customisation charges will apply.
• The content and details provided by you will be considered final; changes cannot be made after confirmation.
• Please provide your content carefully and double-check for spelling mistakes, as we will use the exact content you provide.
• If you wish to change the font you must inform us beforehand.
• Only the provided images can be added; you cannot change the images repeatedly. Please note that we do not offer photo editing services, but if you require it, there will be a cost of ₹200 per image edit.
• No video frames will be moved, added, or changed from their original positions. Any alterations will incur an additional charge of ₹500 per slide.
• We do not provide additional changes once the HD version is delivered. Any revisions after finalization will cost ₹250 for E-cards and ₹500 for video invites per round.
• If you do not want to add images, image slides can be removed, and you can change the music to a single song of your choice (please share the song link). We do not provide song editing or cutting services.
• A single revision will be offered after the first draft of the video. If further changes are required, charges will apply based on the necessary alterations.
• The final invite will not have a full watermark; only our logo will appear on the last slide (Designed by Pinpro). The removal of the logo will incur an additional cost of ₹500.
• You will receive one video or PDF invite on your WhatsApp number.
• If you need separate invites with the same design for both the bride and groom’s sides, the cost for the second invite will be 50% of the original price, and each additional function will be charged at ₹500.
• We do not provide open files or templates, so please refrain from requesting them.
• We also offer printing services, and the printing and designing costs will be charged separately.
• After the client’s event, we can share or upload their invite/caricatures on our portfolio.
If anyone objects to the same, they can deny it before order or ask for a delete on our portfolio.
